Is that web page hard to see because of the font size? In Internet Explorer 8 to increase the font size all you have to do is hold down the control key and press the plus key. This will increase the size of the font and pictures on the screen. To bring it back down just press control and minus.
Did you know you can also do this in Word and almost any Microsoft program buy holding down Control and scrolling your mouse.
